Ruffin: <br /> <br /> The Chamber's 6th Annual "Share Cabarru$ Festival" will he held <br /> in downtown Concord on Saturday, May 18, 1991 from 9:00 AM to <br /> 5:00 PM and the 3rd Annual "Nocturne Criterium" will be held on <br /> Friday, May 17 beginning at 6:45 PM.
