Increase outreach efforts by: <br /> <br /> (1) developing mailing list for job opportunity announcements that <br /> I includes placement offices of local colleges and technical schools; <br /> civic organizations; libraries; post office; etc.; <br /> <br /> ! (2) attend job fairs sponsored by high schools, colleges and technical <br /> schools; <br /> <br /> (3) identiqt advertising sources other than ESC and local newspapers. <br /> <br /> B. Develop a promotion from within policy. <br />I D. Review minimum qualifications for aH positions to ensure applicants with <br /> an 'equivalent combination of education and experience' are being <br /> I considered for position vacancies. <br /> <br /> E. Identify one single location ns the contact for applying for County vacancies. <br /> I <br /> Recommendation #2 - Education <br />i I A.
