He asked the Commission to
deny this petition becanse Highway 49 is changiug for the
worse not the better.
m Mr. Cha~lie Sehorn, Developer, stated to the Commission
he is neither for or against this r~zoning. There is no
water and sewer available and he would like to see that
m first.
chairman Randall closed the public meeting on Petition 91-04 asking
m if there are any comments or questions from the Commission.
In response to a question from Mr. Martgen, Mr. Marshall
sta=ed ~hat there are no plans for public water and sewer
m in that
area.

Mr. Olio-Mills stated to the commission that he thinks
m this petition should be denied based on what the
Commission has heard from the citizens. He thinks the
property owners need to be protected. Based on that Mr.
m Olio-Mills MOTIONED to deny Petition 91-0~, seconded by
Mr. Amos.

Mr. shultz stated for the record the Commission needs to
m note that the egress/ingress would be dangerous. Also
this would constitute spot zoning, it is not compatible
with the surrounding development. There is no evidence
m that the rezoning would improve the County's control over
this particular piece of land.

m The vote was unanimous to deny.
chairmen Randall introduced the third item on the Agenda, Zoning
Atlas Amendment, Petition 91-05:
m Applicant: Gravson Stamev.
