There is no <br /> water and sewer available and he would like to see that <br /> m first. <br /> chairman Randall closed the public meeting on Petition 91-04 asking <br /> m if there are any comments or questions from the Commission. <br /> In response to a question from Mr. Martgen, Mr. Marshall <br /> sta=ed ~hat there are no plans for public water and sewer <br />m in that <br /> area. <br /> <br /> Mr. Olio-Mills stated to the commission that he thinks <br /> m this petition should be denied based on what the <br /> Commission has heard from the citizens. He thinks the <br /> property owners need to be protected. Based on that Mr. <br /> m Olio-Mills MOTIONED to deny Petition 91-0~, seconded by <br /> Mr. Amos. <br /> <br /> Mr. shultz stated for the record the Commission needs to <br /> m note that the egress/ingress would be dangerous. Also <br /> this would constitute spot zoning, it is not compatible <br /> with the surrounding development.
