Pete 4 of 6 (b) The Center shall keep such records and submit such reports concerning the characteristics of applicants for employment and employees as the Purchaser and the North Carolina Division of Aging may require. (c) The Center agrees to comply with such guidelines as the Purchaser or the North Carolina Division of Aging may issue to implement the requirements of this paragraph. (d) The Center agrees to comply with Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Act and Rights Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. 1~. Indemnity and Insurance. The Center agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Center, its agents and employees from and against any and all loss, cost, damages, expense, and liability caused by the failure of the Center to fully perform its obligations under this agreement and in accordance with its terms; or by an accident or other occurrence causing bodily injury, including death, sickness, and disease to any person; or damage or destruction to property, real or personal, which may arise from operations, products or services rendered under this contract. 14a. Indemnity and Insurance. The Purchaser agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Center, its agents and employees from and against any all loss, cost, damages, expense, and liability caused by the failure of the Purchaser to fully perform its obligations under this agreement and in accordance with its terms; or by an accident or other occurrence causing bodily injury, including death, sickness, and disease to any person; or damage or destruction to property, real or personal, which may arise from operations, products or services rendered under this contract. 14h. The Center at its o~ expense shall procure and maintain for the duration of this contract for Comprehensive General ~tabillty including coverage for personal injury hazards A, B, and C products and completed operations and contractual liability assumed under the indemnity provision of this contract for limits of not less than $500,000 bodily injury liability each occurrence/aggregate and Assurance statements shall be furnished by the Center reflecting such coverage prior to any payment of funds under this contract and shall contain the provision that the Purchaser be given thirty (30) days written notice of any intent to amend or terminate such policies by either the Center or the insuring company.
