A~ission for respite care ~ill be based on caretiver's <br /> nasd and the appropriateness of the ssrvices offered by <br /> these needs. All referrals for the direct service provision shall be referred to the <br /> Depar~ent of Aging. Each case wiil be evaluated by ~he ~rchaser and <br /> referred to the Center for the purchase of ~he se:vice. <br /> <br />b. Ca~Eiver~s requestin~ ~espite care ~ill have an inltial conference <br /> with the Canter at least seven (~) days p~io~ to a~ission. <br /> <br /> Hadical evaluation and ~-2 will be th~ and the <br /> by <br /> physician and delivered to the C~ter during this co~fer~nce, ~ri~en <br /> procedures for a~inist~rinR medication will also b~ delivered per <br /> ca~eEiv~r.
