The Center agrees to post in a conspicuous place available to employees and applicants for employment, notices setting forth the provisions of this non-discrimination clause. The Center shall in all solicitations or advertisements for sebcontrmctors or employees placed by or on behalf of the Center state that the Center is an "Equal Opportunity Employer". (b) The Canter shall keep such records and submit such reports concerning characteristics of applicants for employment and employees as the Council and the North Carolina Division of Aging may require, (c) The Center agrees tO comply ~ith such guidelines as the Purchaser or the North Carolina Division of lsing may issue to implement the requirements of this paragraph. The Center agrees to inde~mify and save harmless the Purchaser, its agents and employees from and against any and all loss, cost, damages° expense and liability caused by the failure of the Center to fully perform its obligations under this agreement and in accord vith its terms; or by an accident or other occurrence causing bodily injury, including death, sickness and 6isease to any person; or damage or destruction to property, real or personal, which may arise from operations, products or services rendered under this contract. and Insurance. The Center at its own expense shall procure and maintain for the duration of this contract for Comprehensive General Liability including coverage for personal injury hazards A, B, and C products and completed operations and contractual liability assumed under the indemnity provision of this contract for limits of not less than $500,000 bodily injury liability each occurrence/aggregate and $250,000 property demasa liability each occurrence/aggregate. Workers Compensation and Occupational Disease Insurance meeting the statutory requirements of the State of North Carolina and employers' liability insurance for an amount of not less than $100,000. If the Center, ~ith the permission of the Purchaser~ subcontracts any of the work or services under this contract, then the Center shall require the subcontractor to carry the appropriate insurance and to save harmless the Center and the Purchaser. Assurance statements shall he furnished by the Center re~lectin8 such coverage prior to any payment of funds under this contract and shall contain the provision that the Purchaser to given thirty (30) days written notice of any intent to emend or terminate such policies by either the Center cc insuring company. the
