All se~ices are to be <br /> perfo~ed in full compliance with the North Carolina Division <br /> of Aging Se~ice Standards and Definitions, a copy of which <br /> has been furnished to and studied by the Agency. <br /> <br /> T~me of Perfo~ance. The se~ices of the Agency are to <br /> co~ence no later than July 1, 1991 and shall be undertaken <br /> and pursued in such science as to assure their e~editious <br /> completion. All se~ices re~ired hereunder shall be <br /> completed on or before the end of the contract period, <br /> June 30, 1992 . <br /> <br /> 4. Compensation and Pa~ents to the Aqency.
