I <br />I <br />I <br />I All Preliminary Plats shall contain the following information: <br /> <br /> 1. The Title Block - it shall show the words "PRELIMINARY fLAT" and <br /> shall include the subdivision uame, township, date, scale, and the <br /> name(s) and address(es) of the owner(s) and the designer(s) of the <br /> plan and his/her title. The ti~le block shall be located on the <br /> bottom right corner of the plat. If the plan is part of a previously <br /> recorded subdivision, lhe old dale and recording reference <br /> of the prior plat shall be stated. <br /> <br />I 2. Pro.posed Subdivision Data - the '.tames and locations of all proposed <br /> other open spaces, reservations, other- property lines and buildinl~r <br /> <br />i setback lines with dimensions of streets, lots and other property <br /> lines, the approximate area in acreage or square footage of eacl~ <br /> lot · <br /> <br /> 3. Survey - the boundary line on the 1fact to be subdivided shall be <br /> determined by an accurate survey prepared and signed by a <br /> registered surveyor. The survey musl be drawn in accordance with <br />I G.S. 47-30. <br /> 4. Ex/sting Data - the location on the properly or within lhree <br /> hundred (300) feet of the property; of any existing streels, rights- <br />I of-way, railroad lines, platted lines, water <br /> propel'[), <br /> wooded re.ess, bridges, watermains, sewers, culverts, drain pipes, <br /> political subdivision lines, public easements; zoning classification of <br /> the tract and adjoining property. The names of odjoining <br /> subdivisions, or property owner[s) and parcel identification numbers <br /> will also be shown. <br /> <br /> 5. NorUi Arrow and Total Acreage of Subdivision - shall be shown on <br /> tile p]at. <br /> <br />I 6. Existing aqd .Proposed Contours - at intervals of not more than five <br /> {5) feet shu]l be shown of the entire area to be subdivided and <br /> shall extend into adjoining property for a distance of one hundrod <br />I (100) feet at all points where street rights-of-m~'ay connect to <br /> adjoining properly. <br /> <br />i 7. Screening and/or Buffering - if any type of fence, brick wall, or <br /> earthen berm is being proposed to screen the proposed development, <br /> its location shall be noted and a typical section detailed on the <br /> preliminary plat. All areas of common ownership or landscaping <br />i shall also he noted. <br /> 8. Utility Plans - proposed utility layouts and pipe sizes showing <br />i connections to existing systems ay plans for central water or <br /> paekuge sewer system, or des/gnat/on for individual water and <br /> sewerage, storm sewers, gas, telephone, eleetrle, cable TV, etc. <br /> <br /> <br />
