If the subdivider plans to connect the <br /> to <br /> public <br /> and/or sewer utility system, such layout shah be accompanied by a <br /> leUer from the public agency stating lhat they will accept <br /> system for ownership or maintenance and lha! sufficient capacity <br /> exists to serve the subdivision. <br /> <br /> If the proposed- subdivision or development exceeds 200 acres or 200 <br /> single-fa.fily lots; or 300 multi-family or single attached units, an <br /> overall conceptual plan for future sanitary sewer, storm se%ver~ and <br /> water service is required regard]ess of ownership or if being <br /> proposed in phases or sections. <br /> <br />9. The Location Map shall <br /> be located at the upper left hand corner of the plat. <br /> <br />11. Road and Sidewalk Details - a profile of each proposed street with <br /> finished grades, including existing and proposed underground <br /> utility crossings with catch basins, junction boxes ox' m~mho]es shall <br /> be submitted with the horizontal scale the same as the plan scale <br /> and the vertical scale not less than one inch (1") equal to ten feet. <br /> Statiouing shall be labeled and correspond to plan review. <br /> <br />12. Deed of Property to be Subdivided - shall accompany the <br /> preliminary plat. If the developer is not the property owner, thou <br /> an acknowledgment statement must accompany the de~d. <br /> <br />13.
