4. The Agency shall nol assign any interesl in this conlract and shall <br /> not transfer any interest in the conlract without prior written <br /> approval of the County. <br /> <br /> 5. The contract shall terminate on January 15, 1992. <br /> <br /> 6. In connection with the performance of this conlract, Ihe Agency <br /> shall not discriminate against any employee, applicant for <br /> employmenl, or program participant because of race, religion, <br /> color, sex or nalional origin. <br /> <br /> 7. The conlract may only be amended by written amendments <br /> mutually agreed upon by and behveen the County and Ihe <br /> Agency. <br /> <br /> 8.
