Woolpert Consultants will organize and participate in a second work-in-progress mec~g <br /> with the Project Team to review thc work comple~xi in Component One, and to discuss <br /> demographic, geograpMc and sociological factors relating to Cabarrus County. Woolpert <br /> Consulh~nts will identify pertinent information to be used in the report. <br /> <br /> B. Woolpert Consultants will complete a written inventory of the existing and potential park <br /> and recreational facility sites in Cabarrus County. Inventory information previously <br /> obtained from the Parks and Recreation Department will assist Wcolpert Consultants in <br /> completing this task. A photographic (35 mm slides) inventory of existing facilities will <br /> be prepared by Woolpert Consultants. Wcolp~rt Consultants will also prepare a County- <br /> wide Matrix and Map showing the location of existing recreation and park sites, to be <br /> included in the plan. <br /> <br /> C. Woolpert Consultants will prepare a written recreational-related demographic profile of <br /> Cabarms County, including composition of the population, population growth <br /> projections/trends, economic factors and community land use patterns. Wcolpert <br /> Consultants will also prepare a demographic map, which illustrates recreation related <br /> population characteristics. <br /> <br /> D. Woolpert Consullants will complete a written inventory of existing recreation areas and <br /> facilities as offered by public, voluntary, and private agencies. <br /> <br /> Parks and Recreatilm Advisory. Commi~ioq <br /> <br />A. Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission will participate in the second Project Team <br /> work-in-progress <br /> <br />B. Parks and Advisory Commission will provide a summary evaluation of Component On,' <br /> of the Plan. <br /> <br /> Parks and Recreation Departmerll <br /> <br /> A.. Parks and Recreation Department will participate in the second Project Team work-in- <br /> progress meeting. <br /> <br />B. Parks and Recreation Department will assist Woolpert ConsulL~nts in obtaining inventory <br /> and demographic information. The D~'partment will also act as a liaison with other <br /> City/County departments for obtaining additional information as <br /> <br />C.
