The Purchaser or Center may terminate <br /> this contract for the convenience of the Purchaser or Center at aDy <br /> came by giving notice at least fifteen (15) days before the <br /> effective date of such termination. In that event, all finished or <br /> unfiu/shed documents and other materials provided by the Purchaser <br /> produced or collected shall, at the option of the Purchaser, <br /> become the property of the Purchaser and vice versa. If terminated <br /> by either the Purchaser or the Center, the Center ~ill be paid <br /> $4.33 per unit for any units provided during the contract period. <br /> <br />18. Applicable Law.
