5. Meals on Wheels agrees to hold the County and the Department <br /> of Social Services harmless for any and all liability, damages, <br /> or claims, including attorney's fees, that might be asserted or <br /> suffered by the County or the Department of Social Services as <br /> n result of any act or omission of any of Meals on Wheels' <br /> officers, employees, agents or representatives arising out of <br /> this contract. <br /> <br /> B.
