The Assessor's office <br /> states that only the Board of C~m.;ssioners has the authority to 'abate these <br /> charges. <br /> <br /> Again, I respectfully ask that you abate these late listing charges of $62.29. <br /> <br /> If you do Dot abate these charges, than I have no choice hut to write to the <br /> Editor of the local paper since this problem is due entirely to negligence on <br /> the part of the county. <br /> <br /> Your prompt response will ~e greatly appreciated. <br /> <br /> Paul R.
