Five copies of a suggested form of proceedings to be <br /> taken by the Board of Commissioners for the County at a <br /> regular meeting to be held on January 4, evidencing the <br /> introduction and passage on first reading of the order <br /> authorizing the bonds, the call of a public hearing <br /> upon such order and the adjournment of such meeting <br /> until January 14. <br /> <br /> 2. Five copies of a suggested form of sworn statement of <br /> debt to be made by you as Finance Officer, verified on <br /> January 4, the day of the Board of Commissioners' <br /> meeting, and filed with the Clerk t~ the Board of <br /> Commissioners after the introduction but prior to <br /> passage of the bond order on first reading. Please <br /> note that there are blanks to be filled in the <br /> statement. <br /> <br /> 3. A copy of the bond order with appended notice of public <br /> hearing for handing to The Concord Tribune and The <br /> Daily Independent for publication on January 7 after <br /> <br /> <br />
