3. Grievances from Cabarrus County Ambulance personnel 'or <br /> Cabarrus County Commissioners toward a first responder <br /> shall be submitted in writing to the Director of Cabarrus <br /> County Emergency Services who shall evaluate the <br /> grievance and if necessary relay it to the Fire Chief of <br /> the appropriate agency. <br /> <br /> 4. If the grievance cannot be resolved between the first <br /> responder agency and Cabarrus County Ambulance Service, <br /> a copy of the written grievance will be forwarded to the <br /> Cabarrus County EMS Advisory Board for its investigation <br /> and ruling.
