Upon the request of the undersig~ed Member ~ov~rc~ent, the Cant_reigns <br />Council of Govermments (th~ Council~ agrees to perform the services <br />described in the attached "Scope of Se~-~Ice". The est~mmted cost of <br />these services to be paid hy the Mere§er Gove~Ument is $ 2,552 , <br />as s~m~larly reflected in the SCope of Services. <br /> <br /> It is understood, however, t~at notwithstanding any ester, ares given, <br />th~ Member Gove~ument will be expected' to pay the actual costs incu_~ced <br />by CentralJns in providing the services, as re~ired bY the Charter of <br />the Council. The Member Government will be billed quarterly for actual <br />costs during the preceding quarter. If, during the course of this work, <br />it appears that the services needed to complete this project are likely to <br />result in the total actual costs exceeding the estimate, the Council will <br />endeavor to notify the Member Government~ The Member Government may them <br />approve the additional cost or reduce the scope of work. If the actual coats <br />are less th~ those est~,ated, the Member Govexu~ent will be charged actual <br />costs.
