Extensions in Shopping Centers~ Mebile Home Parks and <br /> <br /> Multi-Family Developments <br /> <br /> Water lines may be extended into shopping centers, mobile home <br /> <br />parks and multi-family developments under the same provisions as in <br />subdivisions provided the developer dedicates a twenty (20) foot wide <br />easement for installation of the lines, and a five (5) foot easement <br /> <br />for each service line up to and including the meter. <br /> E. Extensions on Right-of-Way <br /> <br /> Should it be necessary for a developer to extend the County Water <br /> <br />System along an existing street in order to reach his subdivision, a <br />60-day sign-up period shall be designated during which time the <br />property owners may obtain a meter at the reduced charge. The County <br />may then participate in the cost of the line to the extent that is <br /> <br />justified by the number of signers. <br /> F. Manifold Connections <br /> <br /> Multiple dwellings on property of single ownership may be served <br /> <br />by a service connection with meter size determined on the basis of <br /> <br />usage.
