the following procedure: <br /> <br /> 1. Monthly usage will be divided by the number of single family <br /> dwellings on the property. <br /> <br />2. The single family dwelling water cost will be determined <br /> from the standard water rate schedule. <br /> <br />3. The Owner of the property will be billed the single family <br />dwelling water cost for each single family dwelling on the property, <br /> <br /> 4. The minimum monthly bill shall be the minimum monthly rate <br />for each single family dwelling on the property. <br /> <br /> At the owner's option the County will install a separate meter, <br />at the property line, for each single family dwelling on the <br />property, <br /> <br /> G. Fire Protection Facilities <br /> <br /> Connections for fire protection system shall be made to the main <br />line by the County and shall consist of a standard detector meter, <br />valves and appurtenances in a concrete vault located on a dedicated <br />easement off the street right-of-way. The meter connection will <br />conform to the County Standard Master Meter Specifications and <br />consist of a detector meter that will register all ranges of flow, <br />Fire protection water facilities installed upon developer's private <br />property are for the use of the developer, and the County assumes no <br />responsibility for such facilities. The County will undertake to <br />provide reasonable water lines serving such facilities. No water <br />service, other than fire protection will be taken from water lines <br />intended to provide service to fire-protection facilities only. <br />Systems having booster pumps that are run periodically for testing <br /> <br /> -10- <br /> <br /> <br />
