SALES TAX: If bidder is required to charge N.C. Sales Tax on his sales he must <br />not include it as a part of bid price. The County of Cabarrus will pay N.C. Sales <br />Tax over and above bid prices when invoiced. <br /> <br />NOTE!! The bid deposit representing 5% of total bid must accompany THIS BID. If the <br />Count~ is holding a bid deposit or deposits on any bid or bids that are now pending, <br />they cannot be used as a deposit ON THIS BID. <br /> <br /> <br />
