Assuming the approval by your Board of County Commissioners, please have <br />the Chairman of the Board sign each of the three copies and return them to me <br />so that I may forward them to the other Boards of County Commissioners involved <br />in this ~rocess. Following the approval and signing of all three documents, <br />then I will return go each of you a copy of the amendment bearing the original <br />signatures of each of the Chairmen of the Boards of County Commissioners. <br /> <br />I appreciate your assistance in bringing this matter before your Board.
