(c; All insraiiarions of mobile noses shall meet rh~ standards fol- <br /> <br /> S~ecific requirements shall be that: <br /> <br /> (i) stands or lots are elevated on compacted fill or on piers <br /> (pilings) so that the lowest floor of the mobile home wtl! <br /> <br /> (3) feet above ground level a stabilizing system shall be de- <br /> signed by a qualified Registered Professional Engineer or <br /> <br /> (ii) adequate surface drainage and access for a hauler are provided; <br /> <br /> (iii) in the instance of elevation on piers (pilings), lots are large <br /> enough co permit steps, p~-er foundations are placed ~n stable <br /> <br /> provided for piers more than six (6) feet above ground level. <br /> <br /> (3) Utilities <br /> <br /> (a) All new and replacement water supply systems shall be designed to <br /> <br /> (b) New and replacement sanitary sewage systems shall be designed no <br /> <br /> and discharges from the systems into floe .... ers. <br />(4)Subdivisioa Proposals <br /> <br /> (a) All subdivision proposals shall be consistent with the need to <br /> minimize flood damage. <br /> <br /> (b) All subdivision proposals shall, have public utilities mad facili- <br /> <br /> strutted to minimize flood damage. <br /> <br /> (c) All subdivision proposals shall have adequate draipage provided to <br /> <br /> (d) Base flood 'elevation data shall be provided for all subdivision pro- <br /> posals and other proposed development M~ich is greater than the <br /> lesser of fifty (50) lots or five (5) acres. <br /> <br />(5) Encroachments <br /> <br /> The cumulative effect of any proposed development shall not adversely <br /> affect the area of special flood hazard.
