PROCLAMATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Cabarrus County Council on the Status of Women <br />wishes to De in parthership with all women to qelp themselves; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council encourages the personal and leadership <br />development of women; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council wishes to affi~ the achievements of <br />women add to build awareness of their potential and disclose needs and <br />develop resources to meet their needs; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners does <br />proclaim March 8 - 15, 1980 as Cabarrus Women's week and a time of <br />celebration for the women of Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> This llth day of February, 1980. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br /> Troy R.
