Although no monies o~ ~rsonnel has e%~r been bugeted, and "no regulation <br /> been written, the Health Department has remained very sensitive to this <br /> problem and have done a good job of cleaning ~%ese roads. <br /> <br /> I believe that our landfill roads are in better shape than any landfill roads I <br />have seen in North Carolina. I talked to 5~r. Doby who has the responsibility <br />of inspecting and grading landfills in North Carolina and he is of the sar~ <br />opinion. <br /> <br /> <br />
