As a reminder to <br />county managers, county programs must have a fee collecting system in place <br />soon by July 1, 1979, (or within four weeks) or they will no~ be able to collect <br />the Title X funds they have budgeted. Also, at that time contracts will be <br />directly with the State rather than COG. <br /> <br /> <br />
