a Special Use Permit has been issued in writing by the Chairman of the Planning Board. Special Use Permits may be allowed in accord- ance with the Standards and Procedures outlined in Section I of this Ordinance. No permit shall be issued hereunder until the fee or charge required by the Board of County Commissioners shall have been paid. Section IV. R_~guirements 1. Lots in sections of the County that have been zoned by the County Co,~issioners shall be governed by the zoning ordinance for the appropriate zone or zones in which the lot exists. 2. Every lot or space intended for residential type development shall meet the following requirements: A. Every lot or space shall abut or front a street. B. Lots containing one residentiR1 unit served by a well and septic tank shall have an area of at least 20,000 square feet. 3. Lots containi~g one residential unit served by water and septic tank or well and sewer shall have an are~ of at least 10,000 square feet. 4. Lots containing one residential unit served by water and sewer shall have an area ~f lea~t 6,25.0 square feet. (Density level of 6.9 per acre) 5. Spaces containing one residential unit served by a well and septic tank shall have an area of at least 20,000 square feet. 6. Spaces containing one residential unit served by water or sewer shall have an area of ~t least 10,000 square feet. (Density level of 4.3 per acre) 7. Spaces containing one residential unit served by water snd sewer shall have an area of at least 3,600 square feet. (Density level of 13.9 per acre) 8. Lots or spaces containing multi-residential units shall have, according to the above applicable conditions, at least one half of the above area multiplied by one plus the number of units.
