a Special Use Permit has been issued in writing by the Chairman of <br />the Planning Board. Special Use Permits may be allowed in accord- <br />ance with the Standards and Procedures outlined in Section I of <br />this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> No permit shall be issued hereunder until the fee or charge <br />required by the Board of County Commissioners shall have been paid. <br /> <br />Section IV. R_~guirements <br /> <br /> 1. Lots in sections of the County that have been zoned by <br />the County Co,~issioners shall be governed by the zoning ordinance <br />for the appropriate zone or zones in which the lot exists. <br /> <br /> 2. Every lot or space intended for residential type <br />development shall meet the following requirements: <br /> <br /> A. Every lot or space shall abut or front a street. <br /> <br /> B. Spaces containing one residential unit <br /> served by a well and septic tank shall have an area <br /> of at least 20,000 square feet. <br /> <br /> 6. Spaces containing one residential unit served <br /> by water or sewer shall have an area of ~t least 10,000 <br /> square feet. (Density level of 4.3 per acre) <br /> <br /> 7. Spaces containing one residential unit <br /> served by water snd sewer shall have an area of at <br /> least 3,600 square feet. (Density level of 13.9 per acre) <br /> <br /> 8. Lots or spaces containing multi-residential <br /> units shall have, according to the above applicable <br /> conditions, at least one half of the above area <br /> multiplied by one plus the number of units. <br /> <br /> <br />
