9. Lots containing single family attached housing <br /> (Multi family - Individual ownership) served by water ~nd <br /> sewer shall contain a minimum of 2000 square feet with the <br /> additional allocation square footage of common open space <br /> not to exceed a density level of 9 units per acre. <br /> <br /> 10. Lots containing single family attached housing <br /> condominiums shall not exceed a density level of 9 units <br /> per acre. <br /> <br /> C. Building setback lines for lots and spaces: <br /> <br /> 1. The front yard ~nd rear yard setbacks shall be <br /> at least 25 feet from the property lines. <br /> <br /> 2. The side yard setback shall be at least 10 feet <br /> .from property lines. <br /> <br /> D. Minimum widths and depths: <br /> <br /> 1. Minimum width for lots shall°be 50 feen at the <br /> front yard setback line. <br /> <br /> 2. Minimum depth for lots shall be 80 feet. <br /> <br /> 3. Minimum width for spaces shall be 2~ feet plus <br /> width of nnit occupying space. <br /> <br /> 4. Minimum lot width at building setback line <br /> for. multi-family, individual ownership shall be 2~ Feet. <br /> <br /> 5. Minimum depth for spaces shall be 4M feet plus <br /> length of unit occupying space. <br /> <br /> 3. Where septic tanks with drain fields are to be used <br />to dispose of the sewage the length of nitrification lines for <br />a residential unit shall not be less than the size determined <br />to be adequate by the Cabarrus County Health Department after <br />£nvestigation of soil conditions, proposed individual disposal <br />system, and depth of ground water. <br /> <br /> 4. Every lot or space for residential type development <br />located on a public wster-sh~d as defined by the Cabarrus County <br />Bo.etd of Health shall have sufficient area to meet the County <br />Health Standards and State Board of Health requirements. <br /> <br />Section V: Enforcement <br /> <br /> The Cabarrus County Building Inspector or his authorized <br />agent shall be charged with the responsibility of enforcing this <br />ordinance in accordance With the General Statutes 153 (356-363) <br />and with issuing the permits as required by this ordinance. <br />Decisions of the Building Inspector may be appealed to the Board <br />of County Cormmissioners, decisions of the Board of Cabarrus County <br />Commissioners may be appealed to the Superior Court of the County <br /> <br /> -4- <br /> <br /> <br />
