~THE~AS, it is apparant from the remainder of the description that: (a) the direction "E" vms omitted after the phrase "thence parallel to waid highway and 250 feet from its western boundary S. 15 1/2°~ and that said pharase should read; "thence parallel to said highway and 250 feet from its western boundary S. 15 1/2° E. ", and (b) the work "Northeasterly" in the phrase "thence following Three Nile Branch as it winds in a Northeasterly direction about llSO feet to the northern corner of "The Pines" subdivision" should be "North~esterly", and it is desirable that the records of the Board of Com~s loners and of the Sta'~ Board of Health be corrected accordingly; now, therefore~ BE IT RESOLVED bY the Board of Commissioners f~ the Co~mty of Cabarrus: . Section 1. That the North Carolina State Board of Health be and it is h~eby requested to correct the description in its resolution of ~rch 6, 1951, creating the Parkwood Sanitary District~ in the two r~spects above set forth and to certify th this Board a copy of its resolution making such corrections. Section 2. That the Clerk of theBoard of Commissioners is hereby directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be forwarded to the North Carolina Btate Board of Health and to the Sanitary District Board of the Parkwood Sanitary District. Upon motion of Commissioner P. Ernest Stsliings, seconded by Commissioner ~{.
