Carolina, that for the year 1968 it requests that said Board of <br /> County Commissioners introduce in its annual levy the sum of fift~ <br /> cents per one hundred dollars property valuation to be levied <br /> against all taxable property with in the District, said funds to <br /> be collected by the County Tax Collector and turned over to the <br /> Royal Oaks Sanitary District as provided in General Statutes <br /> 130-141. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Secretary of the Sanitary District <br /> Board forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of <br /> <br /> CountyCommissionens of Cabarrus County, North Carolina. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
