Notice of said election and new registration shall be published once a week for three~uccessive weeks, the first publication to be at least twenty (20) days before the opening of the registration period, in the Concord Tribune, a newspaper published in Cabarrus County and cir- culating in said district, which notice shall be in sub- stantially the £ollowing ~orm: NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION AND NEW REGISTRATION IN COLD WATER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT A special election will be held between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., Eastern Daylight Savings Time, Tuesday, July 30, i968, at which there will be submitted to the qualified registered voters of the Cold Water Fire Protection District in Cabarrus County, North Carolina, which district comprises the territory hereinafter described the following proposition: An election in the Cold Water Fire Protection District for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters therein the question of levying and collecting a special tax on all taxable property in said district, of not exceeding 15¢ of the $100.00 valuation of property, for the purpose of providing fire protection in said district. The boundary lines of said Cold Water:- Fire Protection District are as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the southern limits line of the City of Concord, N. C. on three mile branch and runs with the three mile branch in a southerly direction to Cold Water Creek; thence in a southerly direction with Cold Water Creek to Little Cold Water Creek; thence in an easterly direction to a point on N. C. Highway 40, 200 feet west of its intersection with Cold Springs Road (said point being DAVIS at the line of Mt.
