C. on three mile branch and runs <br /> with the three mile branch in a southerly direction to <br /> Cold Water Creek; thence in a southerly direction with Cold <br /> Water Creek to Little Cold Water Creek; thence in an easterly <br /> direction to a point on N. C. Highway 40, 200 feet west of <br /> its intersection with Cold Springs Road (said point being <br /> DAVIS at the line of Mt.
