North Carolina, that for the year 1970 it requests that said <br /> Board of County Commissioners introduce in its annual levy the <br /> sum of fifty cents (50¢) per one hundred dollars property valua- <br /> tion to be levied against all taxable property within the <br /> District, said funds to be collected by the County Tax Collector <br /> and turned over to the Royal Oaks Sanitary District as provided <br /> in General Statutes 130-131. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Secretary of the Sanitary District <br /> Board forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of <br /> <br /> County Commissioners of Cabarrus County, North Carolina. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect from <br /> <br /> the date of its passage. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of J. Lloyd Miller , seconded by Charles <br /> S. Davis, Jr. , the foregoing resolution entitled: "RESOLUTION <br /> CERTIFYING THE REQUESTED TAX RATE TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS- <br /> SIONERS OF CABARRUS COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA" was passed by the <br /> following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: W. B. McCool, J. Lloyd Miller and Charles S. Davis, <br /> <br /> Jr. <br /> <br /> Noes: None. <br /> <br /> I, Charles S.
