COUNTY OF CABARRUS <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br /> CONCORD, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resource of trained men and women is essential to the economy <br /> <br />of our county, state, and nation, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Occupational Education in our county is engaged in the vital <br /> <br />task of training youths and adults for employment and continuing education in <br />agriculture, distribution and marketing, health occupations, home economics, <br />offiee occupations, trade and industries, industrial arts, and technical education, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the state of North Carolina recognizing the importance of <br /> <br />Occupational Education has by executive order proclaimed Occupational Education <br /> <br />Week. <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, in recognition of the contribution being made, we proclaim <br /> <br />February 13 - 19, 1972 <br /> <br /> OCCUPATIONAL EDUCATION WEEK IN CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br />and commend this observance to our citizens. <br /> <br /> By the Commissioner, <br /> <br /> S.
