b. The compensation paid to auxiliary police officers or <br /> other substitute personnel ca~led to duty in ?be sending <br /> party on account of furnishing law enforcement assistance. <br /> The co~npensation paid shall be deemed to be on'account <br /> of the furnishing of law enforcement assistance if it would <br /> not otherwise have been paid, and includes ~ompensation <br /> paid or payable to substitute officers or oth~r personnel <br /> after the emergency has passedif necessitat~ed on account <br /> of giving compensatory time off to those who were sent to <br /> the requesting party. <br /> <br /> c. The costs of calling auxiliary police or other substitute <br /> personnel to duty, and any special costs of ~uaintaining them <br /> on duty, if they would not have been so calle~] to duty except <br /> for the furnishing of law enforcement assistance to the <br /> requesting party. <br /> <br />d. The reasonable rental value of substantiai i~e~s of <br />equipment or other material furnished to the requesting <br />party, when the amortization costs of such ilems of equip- <br />ment or material are not included in comput{ng the costs <br />of services elsewhere submitted on invoice ~o the requesting <br />party. The rental may be fixed on a time or mileage basis, <br />or such other basis as may be appropriate t~ the particular <br />equipment or material in question and the use to which it <br />was subjected. Where rental is figured on an overall time <br />basis, the tinne period shall run during the t~n~e the equip- <br />ment or material was away from its place of storage or duty. <br /> <br />e. The cost of maintaining, replacing, or repairing any <br />uniforms, supplies, equipment, or other material borne <br />or to be borne by the sending party on account of furnishing <br />law enforcement assistance under this agreement. <br /> <br />f. Such costs of transporting, maintaining, housing and <br />feeding [aw enforcement officers and other personnel of <br />the sendin~ party as were borne by the sending party and <br />were attributable to the furnishing of law enforcement <br />assistance under this agreement. <br /> <br />g. Such costs of transporting, ~naintaining, ;~nd storing <br />equipment, supplies, and other material furnished the <br />requesting party as were borne by the sendin.i party--to the <br />extent that such costs were attributable to the request for <br />lav~ enforcement assistance under this agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
