The construction of a second regional waste water treatment <br />plant on Rocky River in the vi cinity of Midland. <br /> <br />The final decision as to which of these three alternatives to imple- <br />ment immediately will depend on the concurrence of the E. 1~. A, the <br />North Carolina Office oi Water and Air Resources, the Cabarrus County <br />Board of Commissioners and the affected municipalitiel lying in the <br />service area. Until the exact construction costs are available, it <br />would be premature for any of/icial t° prejudice the outcome of this <br />important regional decision. <br /> <br /> <br />
