bee~.ap~r~ved by the Sanitary District Board of the Kannapolis Sanitary Distri~t. MgCla~- <br />made motion that ~he resolution for annexation be approved. Seconded by Oallimore. Vote <br />carried unanimously. This resolution is recorded on page 183 and becomes a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br /> Hammett made motion that Mr. Gary Wilson, Manager of the County Sign Department, <br /> <br />be authorized to attend a Zoning Procedures meeting at the Institute of Government at <br />Chapel Hill in February 1973, the cost of this authorization being defrayed by the County. <br />Seconded by Gallimore. Vote carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> George Griffin, architect, presented a study of the County Buildings on Cabarrus <br /> <br />Avenue, West. This study was made to determine if renovation of these buildings would <br />be practical and economically feasible. The study was accepted for further review and <br />consideration. <br /> <br /> James made motion, seconded by Gallimore, and carried that the following road <br /> <br />petitions be approved: <br /> <br /> Request for addition~ Whitting Avenue <br /> Request for surface treatment: Mills Circle. <br /> Having no further business meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> Clerk to, the Board ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
