The group had been referred to the Board by Mr. Everette <br /> Murph, Chairman of the Kannapolis Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> After a discussion of the problem, Commissioner Hammett suggested that Chairman <br /> Hawfield and Commissioner McClary meet with officials from the Kannapolis and Royal Oaks <br /> <br /> <br />
