ORDINANCE TO AMEND 1973-74 ANNUAL opERATING BUDGET - COUNTY DEBT SERVICE <br /> WHEREAS, expenditures for the following County Debt Service accounts have <br />exceeded the budget appropriations in the 1973-74 Annual OPerating Budget in the amounts <br />as shown: <br /> <br /> COUNTY DEBT SERVICE <br /> 545 Interest on Debt $75,127.50 (T) <br /> <br />and; WHEREAS, it is estimated that the total revenue for 1973-74 will exceed <br />the amount budgeted by approximately $ 3,840.01. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ORDAINED AND DECREED by this Bosrd of <br /> County Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus, that: <br /> Section 1. The 1973-74 Annual Operating Budget Ordinance as adopted <br /> on July 9, 1973, and recorded on Page 225 of Minute Book 16, be amended as fol].ows: <br /> <br /> (a) That the budgeted amounts'for the over-expended account be increased <br /> in the amount as shown, totaling $75,127.50. <br /> <br /> (b) That $75,127.50 of the excess revenue collections be distributed <br /> to the over-expended account. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the overall 1973-74 Annual Operating <br /> Budget Ordinance for the County Debt Service, as adopted on July 9, 1973, be <br /> increased from the total of $14,580.00,a net increase of $75,127.50. <br /> This 9th day of September 1974. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> COUNTY OF CABAlU~US <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> ! <br /> <br /> S.'/Glenn Hawfield~Jr. '/ <br /> Chairman <br /> <br /> Attest: <br /> <br /> <br />
