In special cases of <br />hardship, or when there are no other possible resources avail- <br />able, the occupants may go before the Community Development <br />Screening Committee for appro~,al of additional funds over $7,500.00. <br /> <br />ADDENDUM TO: "COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM BUDGET" <br /> <br />"Water and Sewer Taps" line item amount of $59,000.00 to <br />"Rehabilitation Grants" line item amount of $157,200.00 for <br />a new total for "Rehabilitation Grants" of $216,200.00. <br /> <br />Commissioner Milloway made motion to subcontract with Centralina COG for the <br /> <br />Youth In-School program. Commissioner Cook seconded the motion and vote carried. <br /> <br />Commissioner Milloway made motion to submit a proposal to operate the Title <br /> <br />III Summer Youth Program. Motion seconded by Commissioner Hammett and vote carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
