204 <br /> <br />services for the youth of Cabarrus County; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and <br />the agreements herein made, the parties do agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That Cabarrus Boys' Club, Inc., will provide sum- <br />mer camp services to all of the youth of Cabarrus County <br />who apply therefore, subject only to the physical limitation <br />of its camp known as "Camp Spencer". <br /> <br /> 2. That Cabarrus County will pay directly to the Cab- <br />arrus Boys' Club, Inc., the sum of Five Thousand Dollars <br />($5,000) for the fiscal year 1978-1979 for its use in pro- <br />viding a camping and recreational program for the youth <br />of Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> 3. That Cabarrus Boys' Club, Inc., will use said <br />funds paid to it for the general operating expenses incur- <br />red at Camp Spencer in providing a summer camping and re- <br />creational program for all of the youth of Cabarrus County, <br />subject only to the limitation of the size of its camping <br />facilities; and at the end of the 1978-1979 fiscal year on <br />June 30 will make an accounting to Cabarrus County as to <br />the method of use of its funds. <br /> <br /> 4. This contract may be renewed by mutual agreement <br /> of the parties which can be evidenced by appropriation by <br /> Cabarrus County in its annual budget.
