That Cabarrus Rescue Squad, Inc., will use the <br />funds paid to it by Cabarrus County for rescue squad and <br />ambulance service work and at the end of the fiscal year <br />will make an accounting to Cabarrus County for the use of <br />said funds. <br /> <br /> 4. This contract may be renewed by mutual agreement <br />of the parties which can be evidenced by appropriation by <br />Cabarrus County in its annual budget.
