That Cabarrus Workshop, Inc., will use said funds <br />paid to it for the general operating expenses of the Cab- <br />arrus Workshop located in Township 3, Cabarrus County, <br />North Carolina, and at the end of the fiscal year will make <br />an accounting to Cabarrus County as to the method of use of <br />said funds, it being strictly understood and agreed that <br />said funds shall only be used in connection with the care <br />of persons eligible for said program as determined by the <br />Piedmont Area Mental Health Center. <br /> <br /> 4. This contract may be renewed by mutual agreement <br />of the parties which can be evidenced by appropriation by <br />Cabarrus County in its annual budget.
