Leave <br />time awarded in this category is not a right which an employee <br />may demand but a privilege granted by the Board of Commissioners. <br />The County Manager shall be vested with the authority to determine <br />the eligibility of an employee to participate in this special <br />category of leave. Requests for leave under this provision shall <br />be submitted to the employee's supervisor and then to the County <br />Manager. <br /> <br /> Mr. Estus B.
