Boger~ Jr. <br /> COUNTY ATTORNEY <br /> <br /> Chairman Bonds stated that this was the day and hour scheduled for a <br />public hearing on the Secondary Road Program for Cabarrus County for the <br />fiscal year 1981-82 and asked if anyone wished to speak regarding this <br />program. <br /> Mr. Don Goins, Assistant Division Engineer with the North Carolina <br />Department of Transportation, was present to review the Secondary Road <br />Program and to ascertain the Board's decision regarding the proposed program <br />for Cabarrus County for 1981-82. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Bonds, seconded by Commissioner Nash with <br />Chairman Bonds and Commissionem Nash and Cook voting for and Commissioners <br />Lentz and Payne voting against, the Board approved the 1981-82 Secondary <br />Construction Program for Cabarrus County as presented by the State with <br />two alternate widening projects for sections of Rock Hill Church Road and <br />Weddington Road substituted for the grading, draining, and basing of <br />Priority 4, Cranford Road.
