They advised the Board <br />there would not be enough time to properly gather information and present <br />the facts to the citizens of Cabarrus County in order to have a water and <br />sewer bond election on November 3, 1981. Commissioners Payne and Nash will <br />continue to work with representatives of the Light and Water Board and the <br />City of Concord to obtain cost estimates for the purchase of water by the <br /> <br /> <br />
