201 <br /> <br />Street Class <br /> <br />Parking Permitted <br /> <br />Minor, One Way <br />(Serving less <br />than 20 lots) <br /> <br />NO <br /> <br />Paving Width <br />14 <br /> <br />Minor, Two Way <br />(Serving 50 lots <br />or less) <br /> <br />NO 18 <br /> <br />Collector <br />(Serving more <br />than 50 lots) <br /> <br />NO 20 <br /> <br />(20) Each mobile home unit shall have a substantially constructed <br /> set of steps at the front and rear entrance. <br /> <br />Sanitary Facilities, Water Supply, Garbage Collections, Utilities: <br /> <br />In every mobile home park, all utility installations shall comply <br />with applicable building and health codes of Cabarrus County and <br />the State of North Carolina, and the requirements of the North <br />Carolina Utilities Commission. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Utilities Installation: Ail utilities shall be installed <br />underground except where adequately documented conditions <br />of topography make this requirement unreasonable. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Utilities-Mobile Home Stand: Each mobile home stand shall <br />be equipped with water and sanitary sewer connections grouped <br />into a utility core which is designed and installed in <br />accordance with the applicable provisions of the Cabarrus <br />County Building Regulations. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Electrical Supply: A minimum of 100 amperes, 120-240 volt <br />single phase electrical supply shall be provided to each <br />mobile home stand, terminating in approved mobile home <br />service parcels uniformally installed throughout the park. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />Mobile Home Equipment: Each mobile home shall be required <br />to connect with the utilities provided at each mobile home <br />space. <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />Water Supply: Each mobile home shall obtain water from <br />a public water supply or state approved community well system. <br />The water supply and pressure shall be adequate for the park <br />requirements. Water for drinking, cooking, laundry and <br />general sanitary uses for each individual mobile home shall <br />be obtained only from faucets or other plumbing connections <br />located within each mobile home. <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />Sewage and Disposal: Each mobile home park shall be pro- <br />vided with adequate sewage disposal system, either by <br />public sewer or state approved package treatment system. <br />All wastes from toilets, showers, bathtubs, lavatories, <br />wash basins, refrigerator drains, sinks, faucets, and water- <br />using appliances not herein mentioned shall be piped into <br />the mobile home park sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />(7) <br /> <br />Garbage Disposal: Ail garbage and refuse in each mobile <br />home park shall be stored in suitable water proof and <br />rodent proof receptacles which shall be kept covered with <br />tight fitting lids. Ail garbage and refuse shall be <br />regularly disposed of in a sanitary manner acceptable to <br />the Cabarrus County Health Department. This shall be the <br />responsibility of the park owner(s). <br /> <br /> <br />
