2O2 <br /> <br />Fo <br /> <br />(8) <br /> <br />Each mobile home unit that requires the use of fuel oil <br />shall have an oil tank, having the minimum capacity of <br />one hundred fifty (150) gallons, set upon a painted pre- <br />fabricated metal stand or other substantial foundation. <br /> <br />(9) <br /> <br />Ail mobile homes equipped with wood heating will be required <br />to have all wood and other such materials usable in a wood <br />heater or fireplace to be stacked in an orderly and neat <br />manner to prevent any danger to the health, safety and <br />welfare of other park residents. <br /> <br />Information to be shown on a Preliminary Plat: <br /> <br />The plat shall be drawn at a scale of no less than one (1) <br />inch equals one hundred (100) feet and shall include the <br />following information: <br /> <br />(1) Topography of the proposed site. <br /> <br />(2) Accurate boundary lines of the property and surrounding <br /> property owners. <br /> <br />(3) Proposed location of mobile home spaces, Stands, and patios. <br /> <br />(4) Proposed existing structures. <br /> <br />(5) Proposed contours in area where major grading will occur. <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />Location and right-of-way of all proposed, dedicated or <br />existing streets and roads on or within two hundred (200) <br />feet of the proposed park. <br /> <br />(7) Water courses and drainage easements. <br /> <br />(8) Recreation areas. <br /> <br />Information Required on a Final Plat: <br /> <br />The preliminary and the final plats shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Department showing the following on one or more sheets. <br />Unless otherwise required in the subsection, a scale of not <br />less than one (1) inch equals one hundred (100) feet shall be <br />used. In all cases, the proposed characteristics shall be shown <br />in a manner that shall distinguish them clearly from the existing <br />characteristics of the land. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Location map with a scale of one inch equals two thousand <br />(2,000) feet, utilizing official Cabarrus County Base Map, <br />showing the location of the mobile home park in relation <br />to the surrounding area within a one (1) mile radius. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The name of the mobile home park. The name(s) and address(es) <br />of the owner(s). The developer, if applicable, and the <br />designers of the park. <br /> <br />(3) Date, scale, bar scale, and North Arrow. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />The boundary line of the tract with accurate linear and <br />angular diversions drawn to scale and the area of the <br />park in square feet or acres. The adjacent property owner <br />shall be included in this drawing. <br /> <br />Location of all mobile home spaces and stands. <br /> <br />A detailed drawing to a scale of not less than one (1) inch <br />equals four (4) feet of a mobile home space showing the <br />location of the mobile home stand and construction there of, <br />utilities and the mobile home utility connections, patio <br />footings, walks, parking spaces, driveways and all other <br />improvements. <br /> <br /> <br />
