203 <br /> <br />(7) Locations and uses of any proposed or existing buildings and <br /> building lines. <br /> <br />(8) <br /> <br />Proposed and existing contours with a vertical interval of <br />five (5) feet or less and elevations of existing streets, <br />roads, drives, walks, curbs, catch basins, etc. <br /> <br />(9) <br /> <br />Name, location, and dimensions of all proposed roads. <br />The location and dimensions of all alleys, driveways, entrances, <br />exits and walkups. <br /> <br />(10) <br /> <br />Proposed storm drainage plan for the entire mobile home park <br />including all proposed grading necessary to insure proper <br />drainage, control of erosion, and compliance with all grade <br />requirements not set forth in this ordinance. This drainage- <br />erosion plan must bear the stamp of approval by the Land <br />Quality Section with North Carolina Department of Natural <br />Resources and Community Development (NCDNRCD) signifying <br />that the North Carolina Statutes pertaining to soil erosion <br />and sedimentation control are satisfied. <br /> <br />(ii) <br /> <br />General landscape plan showing the location, name and size <br />of all plant material to be used on the project and plans of <br />landscape features such as screens, fences, etc. The location <br />of all grassed areas should be shown. <br /> <br />(12) Location and dimensions of all recreation areas, open spaces <br /> and parks. <br /> <br />(13) <br /> <br />Plans of proposed utilities layouts (e.g. water and sewer <br />lines) showing connections to existingor proposed utility <br />systems must bear the stamp of approval of North Carolina <br />Department of Natural Resources and Community Development. <br />The submission of the final plat will require a letter <br />from the North Carolina Division of Health Services signifying <br />that the community well system is to standard and that it <br />will be maintained by the public agency from the time the <br />plat is approved and recorded. The system must meet the <br />minimum requirements of the North Carolina State Regulations. <br />The submission of the final plat will require a letter of <br />final approval signifying that the systems built (e.g. the <br />engineering plans) must meet the state requirements. <br /> <br />(14) Location of all garbage receptacles. <br /> <br />(15) Location of major identification signs. <br /> <br />(16) Signature of person(s) or firm(s) responsible for the plan. <br /> <br />G. Registration: <br /> <br />The operator of each mobile home park shall keep an accurate <br />register containing a record of all occupants and owners of <br />mobile homes in the park. The operator shall keep the register <br />current, and all entries for the previous three (3) years <br />available for inspection at all times by authorized county <br />representatives. The register shall contain the following in- <br />formation: <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Name and permanent address(es) of owner(s). <br /> <br />Space number in which each mobile home is parked. <br /> <br />Date of entering park. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />Date of leaving park. <br /> <br />Mobile home park operator shall immediately notify the <br />Cabarrus County Inspections and Tax Departments when any <br />mobile home is registered and space is rented or leased. <br /> <br /> <br />
