264 BEGINNING at a point in Tom Query Road, the northwesterly corner of Tract 1 as shown on Plat recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 41, Cabarrus County Public Registry ("Recorded Plat"), which point of BEGINNING is the northernmost'point in that certain sixty foot road right-of-way shown on the Recorded Plat and described in that certain Declaration of Dedication recorded in Book 445, Page 627, cabarrus County Public'Registry; and runs thence from the BEGINNING seven (7) courses and distances with the westerly or southwesterly boundary of Tract i and the easterly or northeasterly margin of the sixty foot road, both as shown on the Recorded Plat, as follows: (1) S. 46-06-48 E. 227.11 feet to a point; (2) S. 52-41-58 E. 163.27 feet to a point; (3) S. 38-51-58 E. 106.35 feet to a point; (4) S. 28-31-53 E. 133.19 feet to a point; (5) S. 23-27-28 E. 150.61 feet to a point; (6) S. 42-58-08 E. 203.03 feet to a point; and (7) S. 29-46-03 ~ 126.09 feet to a point at the southwesterly corner of Tract 1 and the northwesterly corner of Tract 2 as shown on the Recorded Plat; thence S. 60-13-57 E. 60.04 feet to a point in the northeasterly boundary of Tract 3 and the westerly or southwesterly margin of the right-of-way of the sixty foot road, both as shown on the Recorded Plat; thence with the northeasterly boundary of Tract 3 and the westerly or southwesterly margin of the right- of-way of the sixty foot road, both as shown on the RecOrded Plat, two (2) courses and distances as foll~ows: (1) N. 29-46-03 W. 119.53 feet to a point and (2) N. 42-58-08 W. 206.41 feet to a point at the northernmost corner of Tract 3 and the easternmost corner of Tract 4 as shown on the Recorded Plat; thence with the northeasterly boundary of Tract 4 as shown on the Recorded Plat and continuing with the westarly or southwesterly margin of the right- of-way of the sixty foot road shown on the Recorded Plat five (5) courses and distances as follows: (1) N. 23-27-28 W. 158.27 feet to a point; (2) N. 28-31-53 W. 125.11 feet to a point; (3) N. 38-51-58 W. 93.65 feet to a point; (4) N. 52-41-58 W. 159.45 feet to a point; and (5) N. 46-06-48 W. 254.77 feet to a point located at a corner of Tract 4 in the southerly margin of the right-of-way of Tom Query Road; and thence through Tom ~Query Road N. 65-51-52 E. 64.70 feet to the BEGINNING, deszgnated AREA 1 and containing 1.533 acres and as shown on survey prepared by Concord Engineering & Surveying, Inc. dated May 15, 1982. PARCEL II: Lying and being in NO. 1 Township, Cabarrus County, North Carolina, within a sixty foot road right-of-way and more particularly described as follows: To locate the BEGINNING, proceed three (3) courses and distances with the margin o~ the right-of-way of that certain sixty foot road from the south- westerly corner of Tract 2, both as shown on the Recorded Plat, as follows: (1) with the southerly boundary of Tract 2 as shown on the Recorded Plat N. 89-41-43 E. 195.22 feet to a point; (2) S. 00-18-17 E. 60.00 feet to a point; and (3) S. 89-41-43 W. 201.80 feet to the BEGINNING; and runs thence from the BEGINNING thirteen (13) courses and distances with the margin of the right-of-way of the sixty foot road shown on the Recorded Plat as follows: (1) S. 05-57-17 W. 77.86 feet to a point; (2) S. 13-00-17 W. 141.64 feet to a point;. (3) S. 35-53-27 W. 109.35 feet to a point; (4) S. 60-52-42 W. passing the boundary between Tracts 7 and 8 as shown on the Recorded Plat at 261.75 feet, a total distance of 473.96 feet to a point; (5) S. 68-45-50 W. 313.92 feet to a point in the westerly boundary of Tract 8 as shown on the Recorded Plat; with the westerly boundary of Tract 8 as shown on the Recorded Plat S. 00-01-49 W. 100 feet to a point; (7) N. 89-58-11 W. 60.00 feet to a point; (8) N. 00-01-49 B. 141.03 feet to a point; (9).N. 68-45-50 E. passing the easterly boundary of Tract 9 as shown on the Recorded Plat at 64.38 feet, a total distance of 350.76 feet to a point; (10) N. 60-52-42 E. passing the common boundary between the 5.787 acre portion of Tract 8 and the 2.197 acre portion of Tract 7 as shown on the Recorded Plat at 237.57 feet, a total distance of 456.53 feet to a point; (11) N. 35-53-27 E. 83.91 feet to a point; (12) N. 13-00-17 E. 125.80 feet to a point; and (13) N. 05-57-17 E. 63.88 feet to a point; thence N. 83-46-58 E. 35.98 feet to a point; and thence N. 89-41-43 E. 25.03 feet to the BEGINNING, designated AREA 3 and containing 1.681 acres as shown on survey prepared by Concord Engineering & Surveying, Inc. dated May 15, 1982.
