404 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENT AND ORDER <br />SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> PARTICIPATION PAVING <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners, having decided to finance a portion <br />of the property owners' share in the Participation Paving Program, does <br />hereby adopt the following resolution: <br /> 1. The County intends to assess a certain portion of the <br />owners of SR 1495 Roberta Place to pay a portion of the property <br />owners' cost in connection with State paving of said road. <br /> 2. The project is the paving of approximately 734 Lineal Feet <br /> 3. The basis for making the assessments shall be front footage <br />pursuant to County policy heretofore adopted. <br /> 4. The cost of the work that is to be specially assessed is <br />$2.00 per front foot for not more than 25% of the footage. 5. No assessments shall be held in abeyance. <br /> 6. Assessments may be paid in full or in annual installments <br />over a five-year period pursuant to County policy heretofore adopted. <br /> 7.
