365 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, no persons stated that they would be aggrieved by the <br />closing of the road nor stated opposition to the closing of said road. <br /> <br /> BE IT THEREFORE ORDERED THAT Tulake Drive as shown on the map of <br />Fingerlake Subdivision, No. 2 Township, Cabarrus County, North Carolina, <br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Cabarrus County <br />in plat book 19, at page 23 is hereby closed to the public. <br /> <br />This 6th day of January, 1986. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />/s/ Frankie F. Cannon Memorial Library, <br />reviewed the proposed resolution for the establishment of reciprocal <br />borrowing privileges between the Charles A. Cannon Memorial Library <br />including the new Charles A. Cannon Memorial Library - Kannapolis Branch, <br />and the Rowan Public Library System. According to Mr. Dillard, this <br />agreement would enable library patrons of each county to check out library <br />materials from the libraries of either county without paying an annual <br />non-resident user fee. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Upright, seconded by Chairman Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board authoriZed the Chairman to sign the <br />following Resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF AN AGREEMENT TO ESTABLISH RECIPROCAL BORROWING PRIVILEGES <br /> TO PATRONS OF COOPERATING LIBRARIES <br /> <br />The Charles A. Cannon Memorial Library, Concord, and the Cabarrus County <br />Library System, hereby resolve: <br /> <br />That in order to promote better public library service through inter- <br />library cooperation and to share existing resources to a greater <br />advantage; <br /> <br />That the Charles A. Cannon Memorial Library, Concord, and the Cabarrus <br />County Library System will extend free borrowing privileges to the <br />citizens of Rowan County and that the Rowan County Library System will <br />extend the same privileges to the citizens of Concord and Cabarrus <br />County; <br /> <br />That each~ library or library system participating has the privilege of <br />withdrawing from this agreement after a trial period of one year beginning <br />on <br /> <br />That any library or library system choosing to withdraw will give notice <br />of at least two months to other library systems participating in this <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Approved this day of , 19 <br /> <br />Mayor <br />City of Concord <br /> <br />/s/ James W.
